Troubleshooting Tips

Most issues are fixed in seconds with these steps.

Check your internet connectionA stable connection of at least 15–20 Mbps is recommended for smooth HD streaming.

Verify your credentialsMake sure your Xtream Codes (Server URL, Username, Password) are entered correctly — they are case-sensitive.

Update your IPTV player appUpdate your player app to the latest version to avoid playback and loading issues.

Restart your device & routerReboot your streaming device and also restart your router/modem to refresh the connection.

Try disabling your VPNIf you are using a VPN, switch to another server or temporarily disable it to test whether it resolves the issue.

Clear app cacheClear the cache of your IPTV player app, then reopen it and test again for improved performance.

ISP blocking IPTV trafficSome internet providers restrict IPTV traffic. If you suspect this, using a VPN can often help improve access.
